2 廢水節制對策

2.1  實行潔凈出產

2.1.1  DUIYITIANRANQIWEIZHILIAO,NIAOSUWEISHOUYAOCHANWUDECHUCHANCHANG,NENGGOUJIANJIECANGZHOUMOUGUFENWUXIANGONGSIDELVLI。

2.1.3  SHUANGJIAGONGYIDESHIXINGHEGAOXIAOTIANLIAODELIYONG

2.1.4  FEIANSHUISHOUSHOUJIEGUANTANSUANQINGAN

在分解氨進程中,銅洗工序排擠稀氨水,經提濃后含氨氮濃度18%~20%,送入碳化副塔接收碳化尾氣中的CO2,再由副塔泵送入洗濯塔,用以消融洗濯塔的結疤,洗濯塔出來的洗濯液送入碳化塔,接收由緊縮機送來的加壓CO2氣(來自分解氨出產進程的脫碳二段的廢氣CO2),天生碳酸氫銨結晶,經離心分手制得產物,母液輪回利用。

2.1.5  XIANSHUIBIANFEIWEIBAO

在凈化工段的中溫變更爐后增添了一個高溫變更爐,鼎新后變更氣中CO2含量由本來的3.5%降落到1.5%,精辟工段所發生的銅洗再朝氣由1000m3/h降至400~500 m3/h,從而響應削減了銅洗稀氨水量。為了進一步削減銅洗稀氨水凈化,可成立以稀氨水和稀H2SO4為質料出產硫酸銨的出產裝配,稀氨水變廢為寶。

2.2  可行的節制辦法

造氣廢水與汽鍋除塵廢水夾雜經積淀、冷卻、爐渣過濾后外排或回用。爐渣過濾既有生化措置的特色,又有篩濾的感化,若進水CN濃度較大時,出水CN難達標,是以在設置慣例的預措置舉措辦法的同時投加恰當鐵酸鹽以氧化局部無機物和CN,使進入濾池的CN濃度降落以確保出水水質。

2.2.4  HUAXUEJIDIANFA

化學積淀法是向含氨氮廢水中投加Mg2+和PO43-,使三者反映天生MgNH4PO4·6H2O積淀,當n(Mg)∶n(N)∶n(P)=1.3∶1∶1.0 、pH值為9時,氨氮的去除率最高(可到達98%)。積淀物六水磷酸銨鎂具備比擬高的肥效性,可用于苗圃施肥。

2.2.5  LIZIHUHUANFA

分解氨廠工藝冷凝液從汽提塔上部插手,在填料塔頂用蒸氣汽提,廢氣從塔頂放空,塔底的水經冷卻落后入陽離子互換器,撤除NH4等陽離子,再由脫碳塔脫去此中的CO2,在陰離子互換器中撤除CO32-、SO4 2-等陰離子,而后經陰陽離子混床進一步凈化,收受接管的脫鹽水,可用于汽鍋補充水或緊縮機、高壓泵等大型機泵的密封水。而汽提用的蒸氣可用來自收受接管的污蒸氣或汽鍋排污蒸氣,
以節流氣耗。

該體例NH4離子去除效力高,裝備簡略,操縱易于節制,對含NH4為10~50 mg/L的NH3-N廢水去除率可達93%~97%。合用于中小型企業措置中等以下濃度NH3-N廢水。

2.2.6  CASS法措置化肥廠含NH3-N廢水
